How does Diaphragm Filter Press Work?

Second, the washing method of the diaphragm filter press:

when the filter cake needs to be washed, sometimes the flow one-way washing and two-way washing, the undercurrent one-way washing and two-way washing. 

1. Undercurrent one-way flow polyester: the washing liquid from the wash of the thrust plate into the well in turn into the well plate, through the filter cloth and then through the filter cake, out of the non-porous filter plate.
2. open flow two-way washing: the lotion from the upper sides of the thrust plate on the two sides of the lotion into the hole has been washed twice, that is, the lotion is first washed from one side and then washed from the other side, the outlet of the lotion is diagonally oriented with the inlet, so it is also called two-way cross washing.
3. Open flow one-way washing: the wash liquid enters sequentially from the well of the wash of the thrust plate, wears the filter cloth and then penetrates the filter cake, and flows out of the non-well filter plate, at this time, the outlet water nozzle of the well plate is in a closed state, and the liquid nozzle of the non-well plate is open.
4. Undercurrent two-way washing: the washing liquid from the two wells on both sides of the stop plate has been washed twice, that is, washing first from one side, and then washing from the other side, the outlet of the washing liquid is diagonal, so it is also called undercurrent two-way cross washing.
