Linear vibrating sieve generally uses double vibration motor drive, when the two vibration motors do synchronization, anti-rotation, the excitation force generated by the eccentric block cancels each other in the direction parallel to the motor axis, and is stacked in the direction perpendicular to the motor axis as a combined force, so the motion trajectory of the screen machine is a straight line. Its two motor shafts have an inclination angle relative to the screen surface, under the combined force of the excitation force and the self-gravity of the material, the material is thrown on the screen surface, and the jump forward is linearly moved, so as to achieve the purpose of screening and grading the material.
Rotary vibration sieve is a kind of high-precision fine powder screening machine, its low noise, high efficiency, rapid change of net takes 3-5 minutes, fully enclosed structure, suitable for particles, powder, mucus and other materials of screening and filtration. It is made of vertical motor as the excitation source, and the eccentric heavy hammer is installed at the upper and lower ends of the motor, which converts the rotational motion of the motor into a horizontal, vertical and inclined three-dimensional movement, and then transmits this movement to the sieve surface. Adjusting the phase angles at the upper and lower ends can change the trajectory of the material on the screen surface.
