What is Resin Trap Function?
Main features: high capture efficiency, large flow area, good mechanical strength, small pressure.
When the quality of the resin is poor (insufficient strength), the water pressure disturbance is large (especially high pressure disturbance), the resin barrel wall is broken, the resin will enter the whole water system, affecting the normal operation of other equipment in the system, so a resin trap needs to be installed.
Resin trap is mainly in the ion exchange and other equipment equipped with resin outlet near the water system line to install a filter with a much smaller slot size than resin, and has a flushing function. When the resin passes, it can be intercepted and captured by the filter, and the captured resin is discharged from the system by automatic flushing through the front and rear differential pressure.
