How Do Ion Resin Filters Work?

Working principle of Ion Resin Filters:

When the resin is used for water treatment, when the quality of the resin is poor (insufficient strength), the water pressure disturbance is large (especially high pressure disturbance), and the resin cylinder wall is damaged, the resin will enter the entire water system and affect other equipment of the system. The normal operation of the battery is affected, so it is necessary to install a Ion Resin Filter.

The resin filter is mainly to install a filter screen with a much smaller slot size than the resin on the water system pipe near the outlet of the equipment containing the resin such as the ion exchanger, and has a flushing function. When the resin passes, it can be intercepted and captured by the filter. At the same time, it is automatically flushed through the front and rear differential pressure, and the captured resin is discharged out of the system.
