Application: remove the thicker suspended solids that will block the centrifugal water pump generator and valves.
The coarse screen is composed of a group (or more) of parallel metal grids and a frame structure. It is installed obliquely in a leaky way or at the entrance of a water collection well of a leaky sewage treatment plant to block the thick suspension, solid and residue in the wastewater.
Working principle:
The machine is equipped with several rake teeth that rotate downstream in the drive of the transmission chain group, so that the rake teeth face the grille from bottom to top to clean and lift the dirt (the rake tooth chain rotates in front of the grille). The decontamination rate of solid wastes such as suspended solids, grasses, plant fibers, rubber and plastic products exceeds 95%.
