How does Fine Screen Work?
It can be widely used in urban sewage treatment, tap water industry, power plant water inlet, or wastewater treatment process in textile, food processing, papermaking, leather and other industries.
Working principle:
- Fine Screen is assembled into a set of rotary grille chains by a unique rake tooth. Driven by the motor reducer, the rake tooth chain rotates against the direction of the current.
- When the rake chain runs to the upper part of the equipment, due to the guide of the sheave wheel and the curved rail, a relative self-cleaning movement occurs between each group of rake teeth. Most of the solid matter falls by gravity and the other part depends on the reverse movement of the cleaner.
- According to the direction of water flow, the rake chain is similar to the grille, and the rake tooth gap assembled on the rake chain shaft can be selected according to the application.
- When the rake teeth separate the solid suspended matter in the fluid, it can ensure the smooth flow of water. The whole working process is continuous or intermittent.

1. Equipment and rake tooth specifications
If the width of the machine exceeds 1800mm, it will be made and connected.
The rake tooth gap is divided into various specifications such as 1mm, 3mm, 5mm, 10mm, 20mm, 30mm, 40mm, 50mm, etc.
Model selection depends on the treatment capacity, the lifting height, the total amount of solid-liquid separation, the shape and particle size of the material, and construction materials.
2. Equipment length specifications
The standard depth of the equipment is 1535mm, which can be lengthened arbitrarily according to user needs and site conditions.
