The industrial water screen has two main types: mechanical bar screen and rotary drum screen (trommel screen)
The Mechanical Bar Screen is an automatic equipment and mainly composed of frame, driving device, tooth rake and transmission chain, etc. for intercepting and removing large impurities, floating substances and suspended solids in sewage.

Rotary Drum Screen (trommel screen) is used for filtration of solid and liquid. The slot size ranges from 0.02mm-10mm. Material of wedge wire rotary screen: SS 304/304L, SS316/316L, and other series of stainless steel.

- Wear life: the rotary drum screen maintains its aperture for a longer time than the round wire mesh.
