Process characteristics:
High strength. The cross-sectional height of the V-type screen wire is greater than the width, and the mesh bar itself has strength. The points of contact between the wedge wire and the support rod are fixed by welding.
High opening rate. Generally the hole rate of porous plate does not exceed 30%, because the width of the hole bridge between the holes, otherwise the hole bridge is easy to break. But Wedge Wire Sheets is not subject to such restrictions. Wedge Wire Sheets bridge is a wedge wire, because the processing method and cross-sectional shape of the wedge wire makes it not easy to break, the hole bridge can take a relatively narrow size, reduce the width of the wedge wire or expand the gap between the wedge wire, can increase the opening rate.
Not easy to clog.
