Process characteristics:
- High strength. The cross-sectional height of the V-type screen wire is greater than the width, and the mesh bar itself has strength. The points of contact between the wedge wire and the support rod are fixed by welding.
- High opening rate. Generally the hole rate of porous plate does not exceed 30%, because the width of the hole bridge between the holes, otherwise the hole bridge is easy to break. But Wedge Wire Sheets is not subject to such restrictions. Wedge Wire Sheets bridge is a wedge wire, because the processing method and cross-sectional shape of the wedge wire makes it not easy to break, the hole bridge can take a relatively narrow size, reduce the width of the wedge wire or expand the gap between the wedge wire, can increase the opening rate.
- Not easy to clog. V-type screen wire arranged together, from the cross-section, the opening is the horn mouth, once there is a catalyst broken particles through the slot, will be taken away by the fluid. Because the particles and the edge of the wedge wire only have two points contacted, the possibility of stuck in the gap of the wedge wire is very small. The hole edge of the porous plate and the particle contact area is large, particles always stuck in the plate.
- Can filter fine particles. Wedge Wire Sheets controls the gap between the wedge wire by how tightly the wedge wires are arranged. JX Filtration uses computer numerical control to modulating gaps, which can be as small as 20 microns.
