Stainless Steel Trommel Screen

The trommel screen is mainly composed of a motor, a reducer, a roller device, a frame, a sealing cover, and an inlet and outlet. The roller unit is installed obliquely on the frame, and the motor is connected with the roller unit through a reducer through a coupling, and drives the roller unit to rotate around its axis. During work, the screen holes of the trommel screen are not easy to be blocked, the operation is very stable, the noise is low, and it has the characteristics of simple structure and convenient maintenance.

The trommel screen is suitable for grading large and small stones in the field, and separating soil and stone powder.

Working Principle

When the trommel screen is working, the motor connects the reducer and the trommel device through the coupling, and drives the trommel device to rotate around its axis. There are several sieve bars in parallel to form a screen hole to form a screen surface. After the material is put into the drum device, due to the inclination and rotation of the drum device, the material is turned over and rolled, and the materials are screened out one by one through the screens of different meshes, and the materials stuck in the screen holes can also be ejected to prevent clogging.

Precautions for use
1. The trommel screen must be turned on before opening feeding equipment. But the feeding equipment must be turned off before the trommel screen.
2. It is strictly forbidden to adjust the equipment during operation.
3. Regularly check the trommel screen, and check it every day for the first three days of the machine running.
4. Regularly check the lubrication of the bearing seat and gearbox. Under normal circumstances, add grease every 2 months. Remember not to exceed too much, otherwise it will easily cause the bearing to overheat, and the bearing should be cleaned once a year.
5. Equipment that has been out of use for a long time should be restarted to perform telemetry on the motor insulation to prevent it from burning out.
