Working Principle

The equipment is installed in the water channel at 35 ° to the horizontal plane. The sewage flows into the channel drum screen from the end of the screen. It traps suspended matter and floating objects in the water in the grille. The sewage flows out from the cracks of the screen. Rotating slowly, there are nylon brushes and flushing water nozzles above the screen. The grid slag is removed from the grid gap, and at the same time it is conveyed by the screw and squeezed for dehydration, and finally through the upper discharge port. The material falls into the trash bin or the conveyor and transported out.

Fully Enclosed Channel Drum Screen

It is mainly used to filter and treat slurry with peculiar smell. The equipment is installed in a fully enclosed box. When the slurry flows through the fine grid, all solid impurities are separated and taken out. Before the filter residue is discharged, the volume of the filter residue is greatly reduced after being dehydrated by the filter residue squeezing device, and then discharged into the garbage container.

All treatment processes are carried out in a closed system, so there is no odor leakage. In addition, the filter residue is washed. The flushing water containing organic matter flows back to the drain. The liquid containing high concentration of COD and BOD flows into the biochemical reaction tank for further processing.
