Stainless Steel Nozzle Separator
Nozzle separator is a kind of high speed, high precision and high efficiency continuous discharge separator Several nozzles are installed outside of the drum wall. Insoluble solids which deposit in the sediment chamber will be discharged out continuously under the centrifugal force formed by high rotation speed of drum.
Working principles
This separator is suitable for solid liquid two phase separation and concentration which content high solid content (max.20%), such as fermentation liquor, alga, Kaolinic, and so on.

Main Structure
The nozzle separator is mainly composed of inlet and outlet device, drum, cover, vertical shaft, horizontal shaft, machine base, motor and automatic control cabinet.
The drum part is the part that completes the material separation process and rotates at high speed, and is the heart of the machine. It is connected to the vertical shaft through a high-precision taper fit to gain power. The parts of the drum part have factory serial numbers and cannot be interchanged. The disc set is installed on the distributor in the sequence of numbers, and the disc press cover and the drum cover are pressed against the drum body by the disc press cover. Note that the phase marks on each part must be aligned. In order to ensure that the balance before leaving the factory is not destroyed. Otherwise the device must not be started.
