Not replaced in time
Not cleaned and replaced in time, the resistance of the raw water through the filter element becomes larger, the high-pressure pump in the working process, the vacuum state in the security filter appears, resulting in the filter element suction flat.
Precision filters are generally replace the cartridge at 0.1-0.15mpa pressure difference in the inlet and outlet, and are generally replaced in 3-4 months.
Insufficient support of the cartridge frame
The pressure resistance is poor, the pressure becomes slightly larger, and the cartridge is deflated.
Inappropriate filter precision
Not all systems are suitable for filter elements with high filtration precision. In the case of poor water quality, the selected filter element has a pore size that is too high or the pressure exceeds the maximum allowable working pressure, which will also cause the filter element to be flattened.
Not suitable inlet water pressure
The inlet water pressure rises and falls, which will also cause the suction flattening of the filter element.
In summary: the phenomenon of squashing of the filter element is caused, which seriously affects the water purification effect. In the selection of the filter element, it is necessary to comprehensively consider the working conditions of the filter element, select the appropriate filter type and accuracy, and replace it in time to ensure the accuracy of the post-effluent and the service life of the post-secondary membrane element.
