Working principle
Feeding and filtration: Under the action of the pump, the materials to be separated enter the machine and start the initial filtration through the action of the pump pressure. After the feeding is finished, compressed gas is passed into the machine, and under the pressure of compressed air, it is filtered again to realize the solid-liquid separation of the materials to be separated. Filter media can be selected according to the characteristics of different products and materials, various specifications and different media of filter cloth or stainless steel multi-layer sintered filter disc, the filtration precision can reach 5-10μm, the filter disc is fixed on the lower cylinder of the machine, can be cleaned and can be removed and replaced. Changing product varieties can be achieved by simply changing the filter plate, and one equipment can be used for multiple products. The formed filter cake is smoothed by the special scraper mechanism to eliminate the cracks of the filter cake, so that the distribution of the filter cake is uniform and the thickness is consistent, which makes the solid-liquid separation more thorough.
Pulping and washing: Through the special washing mechanism, the washing liquid can be distributed inside the machine in an all-round and even manner, which can realize the internal cleaning of the machine and material washing. The stirring and mixing effect of the scraper mechanism can fully mix the filter cake and washing liquid layer by layer, and finally form a slurry suspension, and the filter cake is fully washed. According to the specific situation of the material, multiple washing can be selected.
Blowing dry: After full washing, compressed air is introduced to blow dry the filter cake. Need to dry the material, pass into the steam or hot air (nitrogen), under the action of vacuum, so that the material dry.
Discharge: The filter cake being blown dry is scraped up and driven to the side discharge valve under the action of the scraper mechanism, and discharged from the machine.
