How does Irrigation Filter System Work?
Irrigation Filter System has the advantages of high filtration precision, short back-washing time, less cleaning water, and small pressure loss.
Working principle:
- Sewage enters from the water inlet, is filtered by coarse and fine filters, and then flows to the outlet.
- During the filtration process, impurities in the water gradually accumulate on the surface of the fine filter screen to form a filter impurity layer.
- Because impurities accumulate on the inside of the fine filter, a pressure difference is formed between the inner and outer sides of the fine filter.
- When the pressure difference reaches the system preset value, the automatic cleaning function is activated, the water supply of the system is not interrupted, the backwash valve or the sewage valve is opened, and the sewage is discharged through the sewage valve.
- At this time, the pressure in the hydraulic motor chamber and the dirt collector drops significantly, and the dirt suction process starts through the suction nozzle.
- At this time, the same strong backwash water flows to the outside, and a suction force is generated on the suction nozzle. When the water flows through the hydraulic motor, the pressure of the hydraulic piston is reduced, which drives the sewage collector to rotate around the axis to make an axial movement.
- The inner surface of the filter is completely cleaned. This type of filter is also equipped with a timing controller, which can discharge sewage regularly within a certain time interval.
