How does Centrifugal Sifter Work?

Working principle
Centrifugal Sifter separates two different sizes of particles by using centrifugal force, smaller material passes through the static cylindrical screen through the rotating blade, while the oversized particles move along the screen to the outlet at the end of the equipment, the centrifugal force generated by the blade is also very suitable for crushing clumps and caking powder, enabling them to pass through the screen and increase the yield, the paddle is mounted on the cantilever shaft without the need for additional bearings, which is convenient for cleaning and quick screen change.
Features
It is precisely because of the unique screening principle of the airflow screening machine that it has significant advantages compared with the ordinary screening machine, which is mainly summarized as the following points:
- It can screen the very fine powder material with good fluidity to 600 mesh (0.023mm), the screening efficiency is as high as 95%, and the output is 5-10 times that of the vibrating screen.
- The sieve penetration rate can reach 85-95%, and the residue on the sieve is 0 (it is difficult to achieve with ordinary vibrating screens).
- The sieve surface area is 3.5 square meters and 6 square meters, respectively, the processing capacity is 5-10 times that of the vibrating screen.
- Rotating the blade helps to separate the caking product and prevent sticking to the net.
- Cantilever shaft design also facilitates cleaning and quick screen change.
