It can have a good sieve of powdery materials with a screening fineness range of 80-500 mesh, and the screen can be replaced arbitrarily. In addition, the service life of the air flow screen is relatively long and it is easy to maintain.
- Usually do a good job in the cleaning, lubrication, fastening and corrosion prevention of the Centrifugal Sifter and other daily maintenance work, so that the equipment to keep the inside and outside clean, good performance, safe and reliable state.
- The electrical control box of the Centrifugal Sifter should be kept neat to prevent dust from entering the control box, causing the electrical components to fail or short circuit.
- The host, motor, fan of the Centrifugal Sifter should be checked frequently, add lubricating oil regularly, remove the dust in the motor, and it is best to overhaul it once a year.
- The screen of the Centrifugal Sifter should be evenly tensioned when replaced, and when fixing the wire rope at both ends, it is necessary to tighten it while adjusting the screen.
- Equipped with an exciter Centrifugal Sifter, the exciter must be overhauled 1-2 times a year, regularly add lubricating oil, check whether the connection bolts are tightened.
- Regularly check whether the grounding wire of the Centrifugal Sifter and the cable connection of the power switch are good, if there is an aging phenomenon, it should be replaced in time.
