What is Centrifugal Decanter?

LW type Centrifugal Decanter is a horizontal screw discharge, continuous operation sedimentation equipment. The rotating drum and the screw rotate at a high speed with indefinite slip. The material enters the screw pusher continuously from the feeding pipe, and then enters the rotating drum after being accelerated.

The deposited liquid or solid objects are continuously and steadily pushed to the conical end of the drum by the screw pusher, and discharged out of the machine through the slag discharge port, and the lighter liquid objects continuously overflow the drum from the overflow port at the large end of the drum, and is discharged out of the machine through the liquid discharge port.

The machine is set to run at full speed for continuous feeding, separation, washing and unloading. It has the characteristics of compact structure, continuous operation, stable operation, strong adaptability, large production capacity and convenient maintenance. It is suitable for separating suspensions containing solids with particle size greater than 0.005-5mm and a concentration range of 2-40%.
