What is Wedge Wire Filter Tube?

Wedge Wire Filter Tube also known as wedge wire screen, are widely used in the oil, gas, and water well sand control industries.

Wedge Wire Filter Tube adopts a full-wound welding production process, and is welded on a set of support wires arranged in a circular pattern with a special trapezoidal wire winding.

Type of flow:

• Inside to outside (support rod on the inside)
• Outside to inside
• Inside to outside (support rod on the outside)

Technical Specifications:

• Material: stainless steel 304, 304L, 316, 316L, 321, Duplex steel etc.
• Diameter: 25 mm - 1500 mm.
• Length: maximum 6000mm.  Sizes can be customized.
• Slot size: 0.02 mm - 2.5 mm.
• Wedge wire profile type: triangle wire.
• Support profile: triangle wire, round wire, flat bar or wedge wire.

End types:

• No end.
• O-ring type.
