What is Resin Trap Filter?

Application: for production of resin and media based water treatment equipment, such as sand filter.

Working principle:

Resin Trap Filter is a simple protective screening device that can ensure that ion exchange resin or other filter media will not leave the water treatment equipment and flow downstream. 
The wedge-shaped wire mesh (V-shaped wire mesh) is installed near the outlet of the water system pipeline and is mainly protected by a stainless steel shell or a plastic shell.

When the medium passes, it can be intercepted and captured by the stainless steel wedge wire screen. 
At the same time, the captured particles can be automatically flushed out of the system through the pressure difference.

The slot size can be minimum 20 microns and maximum 3000 microns to meet the requirements of different filtration fineness.
