What is the purpose of Disc Centrifuge Palm Oil Separator Automatic Continuous Machine?

Disc centrifuge separator is a kind of sedimentation centrifuge, used to separate difficult-to-separate materials (such as a suspension composed of a viscous liquid and fine solid particles or an emulsion composed of a liquid with similar density, etc.)

It is composed of inlet and outlet device, drum, vertical or horizontal shafts, housing, brake, motor, speed detector, etc. A centripetal pump discharges the material after separation. With a high output pressure (0-0.5mpa), the material will be directly delivered to the downstream equipment.

Applications: 

• Milk separator: for milk skimming or clarification (solid impurity removal). The small separator is driven with labor aid and drain manually, suitable for domestic use of farmers and herdsmen. Large separators are driven electrically and ideal for industrial production.
