DSM Screen for Starch

Application: Corn starch production, potato starch production, wheat starch production, tapioca starch production.

DSM Screen for Starch is mainly used for germ washing and fiber separation washing in the starch industry. It has the advantages of smooth screen surface and uniform gap, better water permeability, not easy to be blocked, high screening efficiency and long service life.

Working principle

The slurry is continuously conveyed to the V-shaped screen surface under pressure, the liquid is discharged through the screen gap, and the solid particles slide to the bottom of the screen surface.
