Intake Filter Screen also called river water intake filters which is the important equipment in water intake system. It consists of V-shape profile, longitudinal support rods, wrapped with the wire that which has high strength and minimum weight. Also for diameter more than 600mm will have circular reinforcing rings to confirm the roundness and strength.
It requires careful design consideration in order to responsibly protect the aquatic life at the intake and allow to withdraw water uninterruptedly from lakes, rivers and oceans at a low and uniform velocity. JX Filtration could design customized intake filter screen per different requirements.
