Hydraulic Self-cleaning filter is a kind of high-efficiency filtration equipment with cleaning mechanism driven by the fluid's own energy, which can achieve continuous operation and automatic cleaning without external power. 1. Power source
- Hydrodynamic turbine assembly: The turbine is driven by the kinetic energy of the flow of filtration media, which converts fluid energy into mechanical energy.
- Differential Pressure Trigger Mechanism: When the pressure difference between the inside and outside of the filter reaches a set value, the cleaning process is automatically initiated.
2.Cleaning System
- Suction Scanning Arm: The turbine-driven rotating suction nozzle moves spirally along the inner wall of the screen, forming local negative pressure through the Venturi effect.
- Reverse flushing flow path: retained particles enter the drain pipe via the suction nozzle, while 5-10% of the clean side liquid flushes the screen pores in the reverse direction.
3. Filter unit configuration
- Filter type: wedge wire filter (opening 50-3000μm), sintered metal filter cartridge (accuracy 5-100μm)
- Pressure rating: standard PN16, high pressure customised version up to PN40.
