Wastewater Rotary Drum Screen
The Wastewater Rotary Drum Screen consists of equipment shell, access cover, filtration system, drive system, backwashing system, and automatic control system.
The sewage enters the Wastewater Rotary Drum Screen by self-flow or pumping and passes through the drum from inside to outside, the gap of the drum screen is 0.5-1.0mm, which can retain the suspended matter larger than 1mm. And the suspended matter is retained inside the drum, through the special structure design inside the drum, the suspended matter is spirally transported inside the drum to the slag discharge port, and the suspended matter will have good concentration and dewatering effect during the transporting process.
The Wastewater Rotary Drum Screen can realize fully automatic unattended operation, screen recoil, rotary screen cleaning and other operations without complicated electric control system, which is easy to manage, reduce labor and save operation cost.
In order to prevent screen blockage, the Wastewater Rotary Drum Screen design screen automatic backwashing system, the system uses a special structure is not easy to block the nozzle, you can rest assured that the use of pre-treated sewage as a backwashing water source. No loss of tap water or other water resources, and backwashing pump can be shared with the lifting pump or air flotation dissolved air pump, no separate design backwashing pump; screen backwashing frequency can be continuous backwashing according to the specific conditions of project operation. The backwashing frequency can be continuous (equipment operation - backwashing synchronous operation) and intermittent backwashing (backwashing frequency: 3-5 times/hour, 3-5 minutes/time).
In order to prevent the suspended matter, grease and other pollutants remain adhering to the screen, especially grease pollutants, if not cleaned in time, a long time will solidify and clog the screen, and enhance the difficulty of cleaning. Based on the above problems, this equipment design automatic dredging system, when the feed pump stops, the Wastewater Rotary Drum Screen continues to run and wait for cleaning, the backwash pump opens at the same time, high-pressure cleaning rotary sieve 3-5 minutes after the backwash pump closes. While the Wastewater Rotary Drum Screen stops running to ensure that pollutants can be cleaned in time, reducing the risk of rotary sieve clogging.
