Starch Screen - Starch Production

Types of starch screen: sieve bend screen, flat screen, screw press screen, rotary drum screen, etc.

The starch production has different process with various ingredients: rice, corn, tapioca, potato, wheat. To meet each customers' requirements, JX Filtration supply different wedge wire screens:

• Sieve Bend Screen

Application: germ washing and fiber separation washing in starch industry.

• Flat Screen

Application: the grain and shell of the starch production ingredients separation.

• Screw Press Screen

Application: used for corn wet milling.

• Rotary Drum Screen

Application: effective separation of water and rice, corn, tapioca, potato, wheat.

The slot size could be 0.05mm-0.2mm or per customer requirements.

Material: SS304, SS316, SS304L, SS316L, 2205, 904L, Hastelloy, etc.

Wedge wire profile and support rod can be customized.
