Dissolved Air Flotation

Working principle
The principle of dissolved air flotation is to make more air dissolved in the water by pressurizing the air in the dissolved air tank, and then precipitate a large number of micron-sized small bubbles in the water through the pressure non-agglomeration drop, in the process of small bubbles floating, it will adsorb the suspended matter and flocs in the sewage to float together.
After the dosing reaction, the sewage enters the mixing zone of air flotation and mixes with the released dissolved air water, so that the flocculent adheres to the fine bubbles and then enters the air flotation zone. The flocs float to the water surface under the action of the air buoyancy force to form scum, and the lower layer of clear water flows to the clear water tank through the water collector, and then part of it flows back for dissolved air use, and the remaining clear water flows out through the overflow. After the scum on the water surface of the air flotation tank accumulates to some thickness, it is scraped into the sludge tank of the air flotation machine by the froth scraper and discharged.
