Stainless Steel Rotary Drum Filter for RAS System
This drum filter is specially designed for seawater aquaculture filtration ( RAS project) with high corrosion resistance and better filtration effect.
This kind of rotary drum filter adopts an internal rolling drum structure, and the whole equipment is made of stainless steel 316L.
A stainless steel drive motor is installed outside the product to drive the drum to rotate and filter. At the top of the product is a row of automatic water jets, the bottom is equipped with a booster pump to send water to the jets to clean the filter screen through boosting, and a water level sensor is installed inside.
It is the best solution for seawater RAS project and can be used in wastewater treatment in aquaculture plants, swimming pool water treatment, chemical plant water treatment, high-density aquaculture, and seedlings water treatment.
The rotary drum screen adopts a dual-axis design, which is small in force and will not wear unevenly to the rubber skin. It is driven by gears, which is not easy to be damaged and has a long service life. With backwashing function, it has the water level control device and not easy to be blocked.
