Main features
1. Sludge treatment capacity: the treatment capacity of different concentrations is different, the higher the sludge concentration, the smaller the treatment capacity, and the total sludge output will not change. Such as the concentration of 5000mg/L and the treatment capacity of 1.2 M3/H. 10000mg/L treatment capacity is 1 M3/H.
2. Absolutely dry sludge volume: the sludge output volume of the equipment is the absolutely dry sludge after removing the moisture. Generally, the volume of absolutely dry sludge is 6~12kg/h, and the moisture content standard is about 80%, that is, the output volume is about 30 ~60kg/h, the value is basically fixed in this range.
3. Water content or solid content: the water content before treatment is 95%~99.5%, the corresponding solid content is 5%~0.05% (that is, the sludge concentration is 5000mg/L~50000mg/L), and the water content of the sludge after treatment around 80%, ranging from 75% to 85%.
