How does Self Cleaning Hydraulic Filter Work?
Self Cleaning Hydraulic filter is mainly composed of shell, fine screen, coarse screen, hydraulic motor, piston, electromagnetic head, suction head, drain valve, control cabinet. It has the features of convenient cleaning and water consumption is very small, about 1% of the total filtration cleaning non-stop flow, the principle of simple structure, easy installation and maintenance, light weight system.
Especially suitable for the occasion of not easy to power supply, equipment operation water pressure requirements are slightly higher, generally should be greater than 0.25MPa, otherwise the water pressure, too low caused by incomplete cleaning, and affect the water output index.
Working principle
During filtration, water enters through the inlet and passes through the screen, and dirt slowly accumulates, which is the filtration process. The accumulation of dirt on the screen causes a pressure difference between the inlet and outlet. When the pressure difference reaches the value set on the electronic control unit, the system continues to supply water under a series of actions: the drain valve opens, the hydraulic motor drives the pressure inside the chamber to reduce, the water flows out through the drain pipe, the pressure drop inside the drive chamber produces a suction force on the nozzle, the water flows through the hydraulic motor to drive the suction pipe to rotate around the axis, so that the entire inner surface of the screen is significantly cleaned. The flushing process lasts about 5 seconds and the drain valve closes at the end of the flushing process. The rise in water pressure returns the system to its initial position and the filter is ready for the next working process. Throughout the cleaning process, clear water is continuously supplied from the outlet to the back stage.
