Main structure
RQF type high-efficiency shallow air flotation device integrates coagulation, air flotation, slag skimming, sedimentation and mud scraping. The overall shape is cylindrical, the structure is compact, and the pool is shallow. The main body of the device is composed of five parts: the pool body, the rotating water distribution mechanism, the molten gas release mechanism, the frame mechanism, the water collecting mechanism, etc. The water inlet, water outlet and scum discharge port are all concentrated in the central area of the pool body. The device provides a complete set of equipment assembly and control system, through the combination of centralized control and decentralized control.
Performance characteristics
- Using the principle of zero speed - water enters from the center of the pool, the water distribution pipe rotates clockwise, and the water is ejected from the pipe in the opposite direction, so that the speed of the water relative to the pool wall is close to zero speed, so that the particles in the water float or settle under static conditions.
- Using the shallow pool theory, the water depth is generally 650mm with short floating path, small resistance and high speed.
- Using the dissolved gas theory, the dissolved gas pipe with higher pressure is used, the volume of the dissolved gas in the unit is higher, and the air flotation effect is better.
- Advanced slag skimming bucket - small spiral slag bucket skimming slag agitation.
- Advanced water outlet pipe - the water outlet pipe rotates, and the clean water is discharged at any time.
- The setting of the scraper - the sinking sludge can be discharged at any time.

2. Hydraulic retention time in the pool (3-5min).

7. It has an ingenious structure, the dissolved gas efficiency is as high as 90%, and the volume is only one-fifth of the general dissolved gas system.
