How to Use DSM Screen in Effluent?

Application: mainly used for dehydration, classification and wastewater purification.

DSM screen is mainly made of welding stainless steel V-shaped profile wire and support rods. It also includes screen, screen frame, water inlet pipe, water distribution pipe, etc.

It is suitable for removing solid suspended impurities from low-concentration solutions. 
It is often used in the treatment of printing and dyeing wastewater, poultry processing and other industrial wastewater, as well as urban sewage treatment and the recovery of useful solid debris.

Working principle: 

Effluent enters the distribution box from the water inlet pipe, and another type of water inlet pipe is connected from the lower part of the distribution box, and the sewage with slower flow rate is distributed to the screen along the width of the screen through the distribution box. 

It consists of a stainless steel screen, a deflector, a water inlet pipe, a distribution box, another water inlet and a water outlet. 

The screen material is stainless steel, and the screen degree (45°, 60°, 120°, 270°, 300°) and screen slot size (16-100 mesh) can be defined according to the type of effluent.
There are two types of water outlet: direct flow into the channel and flange connection of the outlet.
