Working principle

The Parabolic Curve Screen has a sloped surface at the inlet end, which starts at 34°, and then descends at a certain number of angles to the outlet end, which is about 10°. 
The screen surface adopts the form of broken lines with different inclination angles, and the thickness of the material layer is constant from the feeding end to the discharging end. 

The ratio of material volume to flow rate on each screen surface is stable, the material layer is high, and it is in a uniform state. The screening efficiency is significantly improved, which is 1-2 times higher than the treatment capacity of the vibrating screen with the same effective area. For high fine particle content, especially for materials 
When the content of the material whose intermediate degree is less than 1/2 of the grading particle size is large, the arc screen has a very high screening efficiency.
