Causes

1. Flocculation problem. Due to the special nature of the operating principle of the stacked screw machine, therefore, the sewage treated with the stacked screw machine must be treated by pre-dosing, and then pumped into the equipment for dewatering after the sewage flocculates and settles. The suitability of the agent and the sewage, the ratio of the agent added, the solubility of the agent, etc. all affect the size of the flocs in the sewage.

The floc is too small to meet the feeding requirements between the spiral pieces, which will lead to sludge pressure not dry; and the floc is too large, which will make the floc bound more water and reduce the sludge cake dewatering degree.

2. Inappropriate Equipment debugging. Commissioning: First, we must first debug the flocculation effect of the sewage, second, we must adjust the speed and frequency of the spindle, and third, we must adjust the gap size of the back pressure plate and the flow rate of sludge inlet. The professional engineer will adjust the sludge feed in flow and the gap size of the back pressure plate according to the actual situation such as the characteristics of the sewage and the size of the flocs.

Solutions

1. Agent debugging is very important, first of all, according to the characteristics of their own treatment of sludge to match the appropriate agent, and then according to the speed and size of the flocculation alum to adjust the proportion of agent dosing, so that the sewage can reach a good flocculation state after entering the reaction tank.
