MS series filter element
MS filter element is a long slit type filter opening with isosceles trapezoidal slit cross-section, which is not easy to jam impurities and keep stable flow for a long time. The width of the slit on the inner surface is the filtration precision, high porosity, uniform slit, precision range 50~1500 microns. The scraper scrapes along the direction of the slit, suitable for conventional filtration requirements. The inner surface is smooth and flat, with precise roundness and good scraping effect. One-piece precision forming, sturdy structure, durable. 316L material screen, excellent corrosion resistance. Can filter tricky impurities, such as sludge impurities, soft caking impurities, etc.
NS series filter element
NS filter element is made of advanced microporous processing technology, short slit type filter hole, the inner surface slit width is the filtering accuracy, the outer surface slit width is slightly larger, the slit cross-section is isosceles trapezoid, the pore channel is not easy to block impurities. Precision range 125~500 microns. Suitable for precise filtration, efficient removal of impurities larger than the filtration pore size, suitable for occasions with high requirements for filtration quality. Smooth inner surface, precise roundness, good scraping effect. 316L material screen, excellent corrosion resistance, special hardening wear treatment on inner surface, durable. It can filter more difficult impurities, such as sludge impurities, soft caking impurities, fiber-shaped impurities, etc.
AS series filter element
AS filter element is made of advanced microporous processing technology, round filter hole, inner surface aperture is the filtration precision, outer surface aperture is slightly larger, hole channel is flared, hole channel is not easy to block impurities. The precision range is 50~1000 microns. Round filter hole, suitable for precise filtration, 100% removal of impurities larger than the filter pore size, suitable for the occasions with high requirements for filtration quality. Smooth inner surface, precise roundness, good scraping effect. 316L material filter screen, excellent corrosion resistance, special hardening wear treatment on inner surface, durable. Can filter trickier impurities, such as sludge-type impurities, soft caking impurities, fiber-shaped impurities, etc.
