Automatic Plate Type Hermetic Filter is the fine clarifying and filtering equipment with high efficiency and energy-saving. It is widely used in chemical, petroleum food and pharmaceutical industry.
Working Principle
The liquid flows in from the inlet of the filter and passes through the filter element. The impurities are intercepted on the surface of the filter element and flow out from the outlet at the lower end of the filter. When a certain amount of impurities are intercepted on the surface of the filter element, the cleaning procedure is started at a fixed time or set pressure difference. The blowdown valve opens automatically at a fixed time to discharge the liquid containing high concentration impurities from the blowdown outlet.
