What is Wire Rod Panels?

Wire screen definition: The Wire Rod Panels (wedge-shaped screen) is composed of screen wires and screen bars. It has high strength and good flatness. It can be made into rectangular, square, round, fan-shaped screens in different forms.
Application: petroleum, papermaking, chemical industry, food, sugar solution, starch, beer, water treatment and other industries.
Advantages:
- Non-clogging: The cross section of the wedge wire is triangular, and the gap on the screen is formed by two adjacent acute angles on the two wedge wires.
- High strength: Because the stainless steel screen adopts the welded structure of stainless steel wire, it has high strength.
- Large flow rate: This wire sieve has relatively small resistance. Compared with the plastic filter element with similar dimensions, its flow area is greatly increased. Therefore, the flow rate increases under the same resistance.
- Good adaptability to temperature changes: Obviously, compared with ordinary plastic filter elements, the temperature application range of the Wire Rod Panels of JX Filtration is much better than that of other materials.
- Adjustable slot: To achieve different open porosity, JX Filtration could design based on different filter equipment and filter media requirements to adjust the slot.
- Corrosion resistance: For neutral water, acidic water, alkaline water, caustic soda, etc., as long as these materials are selected, the filter equipment can be operated economically and normally.
