The tubular backwash filter is composed of tank body, filter element assembly, equipment connecting pipeline, automatic valve, control cabinet and etc.
Working principle:
A plurality of filter tubes are arranged inside the filter housing, and the dirty liquid flows from the outside of the filter tube to the inside of the filter tube, and finally flows out from the liquid collection cavity of the filter.
The control adopts pressure difference/time control (pressure difference priority). When the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the filter reaches the set pressure difference limit, the filter enters the reverse flushing process. The filter tube unit that needs cleaning stops filtering and performs backwashing.
