Six Applications of Self Cleaning Disc Filter
1.Ultra-filtration / Micro-filtration Pre-treatment
Usually, for ultra-filtration or micro-filtration equipment, membranes with pore size of 0.8mm or 0.3mm are used for vacuum fiber filaments. If the pre-treatment does not play a good role, it will lead to the clogging and damage of the membrane during the ultra-filtration or micro-filtration process. The disc filter is a good solution to this problem, as it can filter out solid particles larger than the membrane pore size, avoid clogging of the vacuum membrane filament, and protect the membrane filament from being scratched.
2. Circulating water filtration
Disc filtration can be used in circulating water filtration for pre-treatment of make-up water, circulating water filtration treatment and drainage water treatment. Among them, in the pre-treatment of make-up water, the disk filter can play the role of coagulation, sedimentation, filtration, softening and desalination. In circulating water filtration treatment, the disk filter can be used for full-flow filtration and side filtration (1-5% of circulating water). And in the discharge water treatment, the disk filter can play the role of filtration and desalination reuse (to achieve zero discharge of circulating water).
3. Ion-exchange pre-treatment
Ion exchange is a water treatment method that uses the ions on the resin and the ions in the water to exchange and remove the harmful ions in the water. Disk filtration can play a role in the pre-filtration, the later set up resin capture and salt system filtration.
4. Total system water intake
Disk filtration can play a role in the classification of water treatment, and filtration as a more basic and simple water treatment unit in the water treatment has become an indispensable part.
5. Agricultural irrigation

Micro-nozzle aperture: 0.15-0.2mm or so.
Suspended particles in the water is easy to cause the fine water pipe / nozzle blockage, large size particles directly block the small hole, fine particles of impurities easily deposited in the hole, the formation of scale, salt crystals in the water to provide nuclei.
