Pressure Slotted Screen Basket
Pressure Slotted Screen Basket is the critical components in the centrifuge and paper equipment. It is made by wedge wire and support rod. The wire section is trapezoidal, with narrow gap at the top and wide at the bottom. According to the technical data and user requirements, we can choose different specifications of stainless steel wire on special equipment to roll the screen bar and support bar in the shape of the figure, and then weld the screen bar and support bar into the screen mesh on special equipment according to the different screen seams required by the user, and then make the qualified screen into the fan-shaped mesh as shown in Figure 1, and finally weld the fan-shaped mesh, upper and lower flanges, reinforcing bars, and reinforcing rings on the special mold. We have the tapered calibrator and material test equipment for the factory inspection.
