Working principle

The material to be treated is evenly conveyed to the feed opening of the screw press, and after squeezing by the screw blades and filtering by the screen, the water or juice flows through the screen to the water receiving tray below the machine for collection and then picked up by the pipeline. The separated solids are discharged from the back end. Different materials use different sieve mesh (aperture 0.1-1mm), different spiral speed and appropriate adjustment of the dryness and wetness of the slag outlet adjustment device to achieve the output and the degree of dryness and wetness of the slag (or by adjusting the dryness and wetness of the slag outlet adjustment device and appropriate spiral speed to achieve the dewatering effect and output).
