The function of the dosing device is to dissolve the powdered flocculant into a flocculant solution.
The PAM flocculant dosing device is easy to adjust, and can be controlled by manual and automatic modes.
All equipment, pipelines and valves of the dosing device are installed on the steel bracket, which has the advantages of compact structure, small foot space and easy to transport and install.
It contains 3 tanks, each of it has an agitator, and is equipped with a set of powder conveying equipment, a unit control panel, three movable inspection holes, overflow devices, discharge and outlet connectors, and all necessary control components and valves accessories (such as pressure switches, pressure gauges, safety valves, check valves, on-off valves, etc.)
The composition of this model is divided into three zones, the first zone is the reaction brewing zone, the second zone is the reaction maturation zone, and the third zone is the solution storage zone. Each zone is formed by welding partitions, and is equipped with a hybrid humidifier and anti-condensation heating system.
