Contra-shear Wastewater Screening
Application: filtration of factory breeding circulation systems, municipal wastewater, papermaking, textiles, printing and dyeing, chemical wastewater, etc., especially suitable for the treatment of papermaking white water.
Contra-Shear Wastewater Screening is a rotating drum screen filter device. The waste water to be treated enters the drum along the axial direction and flows out through the screen in a radial radial shape. The impurities in the water (fine suspended matter, fibers, pulp, etc.) are trapped on the inner surface of the filter on the drum as it is trapped on the filter screen.
When the impurities are brought to the upper part by the rotating drum, they are backwashed into the slag discharge tank by the pressure washing water and flow out.
During operation, the rotation speed of the Contra-Shear Screen is 1-4r/min, the filter speed can be 30-120m/h, the flushing water pressure is 0.5-1.5kg/cm2, and the flushing water volume is 0.5-1.0% of the production water volume. In water treatment, the algae removal efficiency is 40-70%, and the plankton removal efficiency is 97-99%.
