What is Scraper Self-cleaning Filter?

Scraper Self-cleaning Filter is more widely used in the self-cleaning filtration of viscous materials such as solvents, acids and alkalis, polymers, coatings, etc. With filter precision range of 40-4000 microns, liquids with a viscosity of up to 800,000 centipoise can be processed by this filter.

The scraper self-cleaning can be divided into inner scraper filter or outer scraper filter. Inner-scraper: scraper is inside the filter element. outer-scraper: scraper is outside the filter element.

The scraper self-cleaning filter consists of cylinder, filter screen, scraper system, pressure detection and industrial control system and automatic sewage system.

It is motivated by electric with reliable and durable stainless steel scraper cleaning system. The filtration, cleaning and discharge process can be fully automatically finished by itself.
