Automatic Backwash Disc Filter, also known as stacked filter, its basic filter unit is mainly composed of a set of plastic discs with grooves stacked together, and the grooves between the plastic discs interlock to form a smaller channel, so that all suspended matter with a diameter larger than the channel can be intercepted.
Working principle
Filtration mode
Under this condition, turbid water flows through the element, which аге tightly pressed together by the spring and hydraulic forces. So the particle trapped in the laminated cross points while the filtered water flows out.
Backwash mode
When а certain pressure difference ог time arrived, the system automatically enters the back washing state.
