Johnson Screen

Johnson Screen, also called wedge wire screen, is made of stainless steel wire. It is  the most popular filter screen type because of its outstanding chemical stability and corrosion resistance.

Johnson Screen are composed of a surface profile that is spirally wrapped around axial support profiles and attached to each other by resistance welding. It is used in numerous filtration process for solid and liquid particles.

The flow direction of the Johnson Screen is either from outside to inside or inside to outside.

Application:  Water process, Food industry, Gas and oil industry, Chemical industry, Paper, Mining, Exploitation of energy and mineral resources
