Description
JX Filtration is a well-established manufacturer specializing in bag filter housings, also referred to as bag filter vessels or industrial filter housings, particularly those crafted from stainless steel. These units consist of a filter body, filter bags, stainless steel mesh baskets, and other essential components. The filter bags are securely supported by internal stainless steel mesh baskets. Liquid enters the housing through an inlet nozzle and passes through the filter bags under pressure.

The filtered liquid permeates through the bags, allowing only qualified filtrate to pass while capturing impurities inside. The reusable filter bags can be washed or cleaned multiple times for extended use, and they are easy to replace. Working PrincipleUnder the driving force of pressure, the raw fluid flows through the filter bags. Particulates are intercepted and captured within the multi-layered filter bag matrix. The filtered liquid travels along the metal support basket lined with mesh and exits through the outlet, thereby achieving the desired filtration. The reusable filter bags can be washed and cleaned for subsequent cycles. Different particle sizes can be targeted by switching to filter bags with the appropriate pore ratings.
