What is Screw Press Dewatering Equipment?

The screw press dewatering equipment comprises multiple fixed annular plates and moveable annular plates with the crew shaft running through it. The front part is a thickening dewatering department.
- It is suitable for the dewatering of high and low concentration sludge.
When low-concentration (2000mg/L) sludge is dewatered, there is no need to build thickening tanks and storage tanks. - The equipment contains an electric control cabinet, a metering tank, a flocculation mixing tank and a dehydrator main body. It occupies a small space and is easy to repair and replace.
- Low-speed operation: the rotation speed of the screw shaft is about 2-3 r/min with low power consumption and low noise and vibration.
- All made by stainless steel with long service life and easy to clean.
- Auxiliary equipment is available such as dosing device or air flotation machine to achieve 24 hours continuous automatic operation.
