JX Filtration's Sludge Screw Press

Screw Press is a widely used equipment in water treatment engineering, especially suitable for sludge dewatering in municipal sewage, tannery, slaughtering and breeding, printing, petrochemical engineering, paper making and pharmaceutical industries.

Working Principle of Screw Press:

The sludge is transported to the dewatering section after being thickened by gravity in the thickening section. In the process of moving forward, with the gradual reduction of the filtration slit and pitch, as well as the blocking effect of the back pressure plate, a great internal pressure is generated, the volume is constantly reduced, so as to achieve the purpose of full dewatering.

 

The main body of the dewatering machine consists of a stack of fixed and moving rings, with a screw shaft running through it to form a filtering device. The front section is the thickening section and the back section is the dewatering section.
