Working principle
The basic principle of Vibratory Separator is the motion generator (two unbalanced heavy hammers installed in the electrical axis). The motion generator transforms the motor’s rotary motion into horizontal, vertical and tilt motion (three-D movement) and then this movement passed to the screen surface to make the material on the surface doing involute motion. Adjusting the phase angle of the upper and lower ends of heavy hammers can change the trajectories of materials on the screen surface.
